I selected this place based on the reviews... I had spoken with the manager prior to confirm cost and service time etc... I had my son take my car 7am before it even open to be sure it wouldnt be an ALL DAY PROCESS for a simple oil change and tune up. It is 12p and he's still there. My advice go somewhere else. Will never use this place again!
