First time customer. They have a pleasant atmosphere. They have great customer service. Good prices, they work very hard to get you in and out without trying to add on more problems with my car. That was a plus.

I requested a alignment and tire rotation only. They said it will be done 1.5 hr to 2hrs. I wait instead since 2hrs of wait is not bad. I'm the first in line when they open so that I can get out early. But it ends up they finished the job for 4.5hr. I ask what is going on is there any issue. The front desk person tell me it took a long time due to tire balancing. Which I never request to do that service in the first place. No one tell me or giving me an update why it taking so long to get done. I trusted this shop for 15year and I recommend them to all my friend and family. They never even apologized for what happen. A small miscommunication should be avoid for this type of business.
