Fort Washington Tire & Auto Repair

Experience was about as good as I’ve seen out of any automotive shop. I set up appointment online the day prior so it was kind of last minute. I ended up calling in the morning based on experience that automotive shops tend to be a little slow/forgetful getting back to you. They told me on phone they don’t have appoints which i thought was a little funky online you can set up an appointment and they will call you, but I could see why they set it up that way. I got all 4 tires changed and it took three hours. I feel like that was a reasonable amount of time considering they had to wait to receive the tires and I ordered the day before, but once they received them they got to work on the truck within an hour. Again, everything went about as smoothly as it could’ve. The guy (Jeremy I believe) made sure the technicians didn’t dispose of my spare tire since I had it on one of the wheels and didn’t want it to go back on. I would probably go back. Good service

As always, in my dealings with staff. My car is serviced with care and professionalism. I see that people are entrusting their cars to Tire Pros on Livingston Rd., because they are always busy. Which is a great thing! Thank you, for the many years of great service to mine and my families cars.
