Always professional and friendly. I am a second generation customer for this shop. Once had my water pump blow while driving and drove straight to the shop. They had a new one installed and I was back on the road within 2 hrs. I’ve had my car towed from a good distance because I trust their work and ethics. Plus, it’s like Cheers when you are there, everyone knows your name. No Norm though.

Walked in to get my tires installed and a wheel alignment. Let’s just start off with the customer service. Best customer service by far in the area. These guys were quick to install my tires and align my wheels. Seating is limited because of Covid. Best to get in as soon as they open.

What a wonderful, first-time experience I had with the Ft. Washington Tire Pros & Auto Center team, especially Erick Martinez! I needed four new tires and he was very helpful, knowledgeable and patient as I asked several questions and made several phone inquiries. I also asked about an alignment and he said that he would check the alignment of my car and, if needed, he would perform the work and if an alignment wasn’t needed, he wouldn’t do it (other business would have done the alignment regardless and charged me for it!) This type of honesty is very important to me. When I decided on the tire that I wanted, he jumped into action and had the tires ready for me the next day. I felt very comfortable dealing with Martinez and he treated me like a valued customer. Quite honestly, as a woman, I hate having to deal with car/automotive issues as I always feel like I am being taken advantage of. I never felt this way in dealing with Ft. Washington Tire Pros & Auto Center! I would highly recommend Ft. Washington Tire Pros & Auto Center for all your automotive needs. Pricing is fair, responsiveness is outstanding and they provide high quality workmanship. Although this was my first experience with them, they are now my automotive care center by choice and I will no longer dread having car maintenance done because I know I will be treated fairly. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!

I have complete trust in them when I bring my vehicle to them. I've always been highly satisfied with their work and their customer service is exceptional!!!

Given the options are limited in Fort Washington, the Tire Pros & Auto Center is likely the only reasonable option in the area. My experience was average, I was especially disappointed when the representative set an expectation to call or update me, and instead kept my car overnight without even calling me to inform me that they needed an extra day. Mind you, this was a simple rotor and brake pad switch on one wheel. The tech said they'd have it to me in the afternoon as I dropped off at 9AM, and instead I didn't receive my car back until 11AM the following day. This wouldn't have been an issue if they had of called to let me know status, and changed my expectation to receive my vehicle back the same day. As this was my first impression, if I can avoid going here in the future for my auto servicing needs I definitely will.

The team over at FWT are thorough and friendly. They remember me and my wife's name, our cars and the service history of our cars. They are honest and stand behind their work. I've been going to them for over 10 years and recommend them to all my friends and family in the region. Having a good mechanic is like having a good doctor or lawyer. Once you find one, you stick with em!

Amazing place have been going for years and would not go anyway else. They're always professional, fair and trustworthy.
