Hello Tires Pro is awesome. Eric the Owner is very professional and has a great Team who cares about their customers vehicles. Jeremy the Manager, Rob Spruill Alignment Engineer, Louis Mechanic, Durelle Engineer and Mike, the Tow Truck Engineer and Driver are all a great team. (Sorry if I missed anyone, I dont know all of their names, however everyone is awesome)! They are very knowledgeable of their job and are always willing to go that extra mile to provide stellar customer service. Also the prices are very reasonable!! THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE. MY CAR SAT THERE FOR A WEEK BEFORE ANYONE CALLED. NO ONE WAS ABLE TO EXPLAIN WHY AND NO ONE APOLOGIZED WHY. I READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE I DECIDED TO GIVE MY BUSINESS. MY EXPERIENCE WAS HORRIBLE. CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE AND MY CAR STILL ISN'T FIXED. BEWARE THEY ARE RIP OFFS.
