Have been a customer for 12 years. They do Great work. Any questions are answered; and they don’t try to cheat you like some other shops. If there is nothing wrong with you vehicle they will tell you. Very respectable to all customers. It’s hard to find a auto service place you can trust. I’m very happy that I was able to find one.

Very customer service oriented, detailed about maintenance to vehicle and I never had to bring back vehicle for re service problems. I recommend them to family, friends and neighbors. I have been a customer for over 10 years.

When doing the oil changes, it was reveled that you did not check the air filter and car fluids. Other establishments offer the service of checking fluids, air filter, and tire pressure. Don’t understand the lack of service! In addition, when I brought my Land Rover in to buy 2 new tires and a 4 wheel alignment, I notice that you failed to do the alignment. Note: my truck was given to you at 9:00 am and you did not complete the work until around 5 pm. (End of the Day) Once again I do not understand the lack of service.

We LOVE this place. Honest car service, which is pretty difficult to find. We’ve taken multiple cars here and always been happy with the service and the work.

Fort Washington Tire Pros is the only repair shop I use. I drive over 40 miles just to be sure the best shop in the area is the only one that works on my vehicles.
