Excellent service 100% of the time. Jeremy is my go to however, any of the mechanics in the shop are extremely professional and friendly. They have not let me down yet! Thank God I can go to a shop in the area I live in.

30 plus years of taking my cars to Eric, they do good work

So I can't complain about the work because that's perfect. But what I will complain about is the hidden 8% shop fee added to all tickets. IMO you buy a new valve stems sensor and ballance, you've charged me for the valve stems and charged me for the ballance of the wheel. So why are you charging me for shop supply fee of 8%. The materials are in the price of said job. I think this fee is ridiculous and uncalled for. You buy new rims and tires that require no shop supplies and already 2 grand. Now you add 6% sales tax and 8% shop fee. You've added 14% tax to the job. Just wrong!
