Been a long time customer and while they’ve been mostly great I wouldn’t trust them to do proper maintenance anymore. I understand the little things like oil changes are not their bread and butter but if you don’t do them right better don’t do them at all. They put too much oil in the car. Edit: You’re right on the antifreeze so I removed that from the review, but it is above the “full” mark which is no big deal I guess but the oil is a concern. (Left car on flat surface overnight so it’s cold before I checked oil level and coolant level)

I have been coming to tire pros since my very first car and I’ve always had an excellent experience. From my Nissan, BMW, and now Mercedes, my concerns are always addressed and resolved. They don’t try to find additional “issues” like those other shops and I appreciate that they’re honest when there is something they can’t fix themselves (which happens on German cars). Even though I no longer live in Fort Washington, I will always choose Fort Washington Tire Pros because I trust them and that’s hard to find.

Had to get a tire plugged on my Chevy truck, I went in at 8 and was out by 8:30, the cost was under twenty dollars!! The guys there are great, always professional and they know most of us by name. I highly recommend them!
