Had a tire replaced due to defected tire belt. Staff was friendly and helpful. Prices were in line with other quotes. My only complaint is after I asked them not to over tighten the lugs…..they said that they use torque sticks…when I got home, I checked and they were WAY over tightened Their tech must not listen to the front desk. They don’t hand torque.
