Customer service is good. Very professional.

Honest and trustworthy mechanics. Have had my vehicle serviced at the dealership and was told that I needed XY&Z to the tune of $4000. Brought my car to Ft Washington Tire Pros and they were honest about what was needed. They thoroughly explained what is needed and why. Spent nearly $200 and was told that the other items would be needed in 1-2 years, and no where near a $4K price tag. I appreciate their honesty and now I can budget for the work that will need to be done in the future. They are super busy on Saturday mornings, so it is best to drop your car off. Otherwise, I am usually in and out with the oil change and tire rotation in under an hour.
